Phoenix Roofing, not only met my needs, in a timely fashion, at an affordable price; they exceeded my expectations with quality craftsmanship! The staff members were very courteous, professional, and respectful , to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with my new roof. In addition to my new roof, Dan's crew did an AMAZING job bringing my chimney back to life! Based on the integrity of their work ethics alone, I would highly recommend HANDS DOWN.

I would give Dan and his company NO STARS. We contracted him last November 2017 and gave a $950 deposit . Chose shingles and gutters ect. Had to make new choice for gutters ect.in the summer. It is now a year after our contract. No roof and not heard a word from phone callswe made in the fall. We emailed 2 weeks ago and got a response and a promise to refund our deposit. Not heard anything or received a check. The sad part is 25 yrs ago we had our house and barn roofed by this company so we believed they were trust worthy.

I chose Phoenix for a new roof because I needed a company that was going to do the job right while being reasonably priced. During the estimate, they pointed out the root cause of why my roof was failing early (prior installer cut the shingles incorrectly which allowed water to leak in my soffits). The estimate came in very reasonable. I felt comfortable choosing them since they've been around since 1992 and because they have a great reputation in our area. When the big day came they showed up on time and did everything that was promised while offering a great warranty. The roof looks great! They made sure not to ruin my landscaping and cleaned up everything (no nails in the grass or driveway). Would definitely refer them to anyone wanting a great price, quality and service.

Had Dan come out and give me an estimate on my roof repair. We worked on the price, and I agreed to purchase all of the material and rent the dumpster to get the price down. He said he would call in a few days to get it scheduled with me. In the meantime, I ordered all of the material. 2 weeks later I haven't heard from him. I've called the office and left messages and tried Dan's cell as well. Now I am stuck with the material, or trying to take it back and finding another roofer to do it. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here.. Update: Dan did get ahold of me after I emailed him. He said there was a new girl working in the office. The cell I had was not correct. He made it right and scheduled the roof.

EASILY THE WORST ROOFING COMPANY IN OHIO. HAD SOME HILLBILLY SHOW UP IN A RUSTED OUT TRUCK OVER AN HOUR LATE TRY TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED. PATHETIC.
