Awesome work. We wanted to take down awnings and replace the damaged siding behind them. Looking at getting complete siding was upwards of $10,000. We were then consider painting the vinyl. Then Herb came out for an estimate and suggested we side the front of the house with new stuff, and use the good siding from the front to patch the other areas of the house. This brought the project down to $3500! Brilliant idea. While taking the awnings down, part of the roof came with it (rotted wood), and we were all of a sudden looking at a new roof. Again, Herb was great and got an estimate to me ASAP. We ended up deciding on the new roof quickly, and the company was able to get it done the next week. Great work, and I am SO excited with how the house looks. Pros: -Worked with me to come up with a plan that would fit our budget. -Quickly came up with a quote for an sooner-then-expected roof job -Good work and very fair pricing Cons: -Siding, roofing and gutter crews all different, so there were three different days they had to come out. Didn't bother me, but it may be inconvenient for some people. Overall, I think they earned my 5-star rating. :)

We decided to go with Garfield because Bonder was so amazing! I had about 12 companies come out to quote us on new siding and gutters. Bonder was the first guy to come out and waited weeks and answered many questions while he waited for our answer!! He was by far the best quote for both quality and price! We had some windows done by another company right before the siding was replaced and Garfield fixed the hack job the previous company did! The siding that we finally chose after weeks of figuring out what color to go with made our home look brand new! Anything that I needed tweaked or fixed Bonder and his guys were out here within a couple days fixing! If your looking for a stand up company and a salesman who is super patient and not pushy, go with Garfield1-2323!
