Good work. A little slow to get started.
Very disappointed in the service with Brad Smith. Our estimate appointment went great (so we thought) but then was never able to get in contact with the company to have them actually do the job. 4 phone calls later I finally got a call back saying “we’ve been busy and will call you a few days before we show up.” Long story short, never got another call and no one ever showed up. Our original estimate appointment was back in July. After reading other reviews, this seems common for Brad Smith Roofing. Would not work with them even if they did call us back.
I called this place two months ago. They were booked for two weeks. Finally, a young guy named Brad came out to 4 of my houses (rental properties). Each one needed work here and there but not all tear offs and complete roofing jobs. Now after having called them 3 times to request the quote I am giving up. I guess this isn't enough profit for them. to bother with. Thanks Brad and Co. Stay classy
I cannot explain how disappointed I am with the process to get an "estimate" with this company. The VP of the company came to my home on July 5th and Literally just just my "ESTIMATE" over last night! I must share with you that I called the company 3 TIMES asking where my estimate was and never received even a small amount of communication indicating a back up in work which I could have respected. Now that I have my "estimate".... it is completely GENERIC and even states that he used only the satellite drawing from the internet to come up with my "estimate". My understanding is that when you have people come to your home and spend precious time (both yours and theirs) taking measurements and looking things over is for the purpose of having a semi-accurate estimate of what the financial requirement will be. What I got was "it will be around $10,00" ..... "we could end up spending another $20,000 to $30,000 give of take".....and my personal favorite.... "potential for another $10,000 to put up scaffolding"...... HOW IS THIS AN ESTIMATE? I knew all of that (except the scaffolding part) by doing a quick google search. An estimate in the construction world is supposed to be like a "proposal" which leads to a contract/sale, so I thought! Clearly, these guys did not want to work on my house... but just say that! Additionally, where is the customer service? this is a very disappointing "estimate" experience.
Came out promptly after a limb had fallen on my roof and created a hol leading to water in my attic. Patched it right away (smae day) til they can do the despair. Got me an estimate on repair they seemed fair. Josh Henry was the main person I have worked with and he is very nice and readily available when I call. Still going through the insurance claim but I'm very happy with their service so far.
