They redid the roof and some of the gutters. Both are still attached to the house, so that's good. Some shingles had flown off a few years ago on the old roof and a gutter had also detached. They fixed it. Then the next year, after a storm, they called me to let me know there was a shingle missing before I was even aware, which was cool.
