initially I was very pleased. The work was done in record time at a good price and my leaks were gone. The work crew said the soft spots in the roof were in good shape and took the screws they used to put in the new roof. 4 years later the leaks have returned. Mr. Troyer will not return my phone calls and on the rare occasion he answers I hear how busy he is and won't be in the area till the end of next week and never hear from him. I am concerned that I wasted $10,000 on a new metal roof which will have to be replaced and the original leaks addressed properly before the new roof is even 5 years old. Plus the hardwood ceiling will need replaced soon, due to the refusal to address this issue. There's nothing like having a $10,00 new roof and it raining in the house.
