My project entailed a roof tear-off and replacement. At my request, Buena Park Roofing Services also installed more ice & water shield than is customary in areas where I had experienced some ice dams in past winters. The Buena Park Roofing Services crew had to address a couple areas of the old roof where existing aluminum trim had been caulked to the old shingles. At my request, they had an installer from their in-house metal department cut back the existing aluminum and then fashion and install a small diverter to channel water away from the area.
