I hired J&P to replace my fascia, soffit, and side my home. This job was supposed to take 1 day to complete. It has now been over a month and a half and J&P will not answer any form of communication and never returns my messages. When they did reply earlier they would say we will be out today or the job will be finished by the end of the day or the week on multiple occasions. They were not telling the truth. The contract was changed halfway through the job, raising the price. The workers would come to my home at dark to start working, and they never cleaned up. There are multiple things that still need done. I have different size shutters that are not applied straight, downspouts that for some reason way to short now, and spray paint as well as holes in my new siding. Also the nails they used to apply the siding were way to long and knocked my fuse box a good 1/2” out of the drywall. Now I am considering the job abandoned. The sad part is the last time they were at my house I was assured the job would be completed so I paid the rest of the money. I would be very cautious of doing business with J&P.

Job wasn't completed. $14K was given to Jon Poules to replace roof on house and garage and siding on house and job to date has not been completed. Roof was replaced but I am paying to have someone remove the old shingles that were left in the yard. Gutter on garage was not reinstalled as instructed on insurance claim paperwork.

I had the best experience dealing with J&P Restoration. They did a fantastic job. We had a strong storm that had recently caused our roof to leak and damaged some of our siding. They came out the next day and gave us a totally different experience then I expected. John with J&P Restoration was very polite and kept me informed every step of the way. We were able to get a new updated roof and our siding repaired without having to pay a red cent. They dealt with the insurance company the whole time which was nice because I'm working crazy hours. They did a great job handling my roofing claim and worked very well with me and my insurance company. They went the extra mile to make sure that all of the building coded items were included and paid for by insurance company. If I hadn't hired J&P Restoration I would've never known about any of these important items that almost weren't covered by the insurance even though they were requirements from the building and Zoning office. I'd definitely use J&P Restoration for any of my construction needs as well as refer them to my Friends and family. J&P Restoration did a great job with removing and replacing my entire roof and siding on the house along with the detached garage.
