I utilized CHI Roofing for window replacement in my home. They did a wonderful and timely job with the estimate and manufacturing. They provided the broadest manufacturing ranges for the windows being replaced allowing the replacement to be more cost effective than other companies bidding or providing estimates. Their manufacturing was quick (through a supplier) and I was surprised at how quickly the windows were ready. Installation took a couple days but the crew that worked on the home was professional and courteous. In terms of paying them there was issues through the financing party but CHI worked with me for a solution which was appreciated on my end.

We had five estimates for windows and they each took 2-3 hours then Mike from CHI came and had us a price in 20 minutes he then showed us the window and stayed until all of our questions were answered. His price was the best and for the same products as the other companies. This company is the best!

I called them to get a free estimate, which they advertise. I was told that they would get back to me to set something up. Three weeks later, I still hadn't heard from them. I called back and the guy told me that he was gonna look it up and call me back. Never heard from them. A couple weeks later I called on a Saturday and left a message. I left my address and phone number and asked if someone would please call me back. Once again I never heard from them. I picked them based on their online reviews, but based on my experience, I would look elsewhere if you need work done.

C.H.I. did a wonderful job on our roof and because of their good work we had them put in new windows and they are great. The men were courteous and prompt, they cleaned up as they went along and we all know how messy a roof replacement can get in fact they cleaned up so well that I can hardly tell they were there!
