I had roof damage from high speed wind in mid April. I got his his name from Menards i called James and that is how i found out that he is my neighbor. when I called him he was at home and walked to my house gave me his assessment and right there we started the process with my insurance. I didn't know it will be quick and that smooth. His crew came out early Sunday morning and did an excellent job on time. From the very beginning to the end he supervised his crew.I am glad that he is my neighbor. I am happy with the work he done and i highly recommend him for his excellent roofing job and awesome customer service.

Called Primo for a quote for a new roof. James came out, showed us all the options. Explained everything we needed to know. Answered all our ? We signed the contract. They came the day they were scheduled. Took 2 days. Roof looks great. No mess . No problems at all. Highly recommend this company. Great honest work! Very reliable and trustworthy. My home was built in 1947 and after removing my aluminum siding we found a lot of water damage. James and his workers replaced everything the right way and didn’t take shortcuts. My home is beautiful and I would recommend him to everyone. -Linda
