Installed windows through out the whole house and they are great. They were in and out in one afternoon. They did a professional job and we are totally happy with the work they did. We also used American Weather Tech in the past for new gutters and siding repair and we have not been happier with the quality of work. Thank you very much for all of the quality work. If we need anything in the future we will not hesitate to ask them to do work on our home.

The installation went very smoothly. Installers (as well as the factory rep) took time to answer my questions. Ben assisted with my roofing choices and was clear about the differences. I came away from this experience with confidence I had chosen a quality product.

I was approached by a salesman yesterday. When I pulled into my court I saw him at a neighbor's house. I swung my car around in front of their house (mind you, it's a recently detailed, candy apple red, loud car...can't miss it) so that I could back into my garage. I backed in, was sitting in my car for a moment getting my things together to go in to the house after work when I see someone in front of my car saying, "Excuse me... are you the homeowner?" Seriously?! Its a quarter after 5 in the evening (when a lot of people are getting home from work), I obviously just pulled in and I'm STILL IN MY CAR... IN MY GARAGE! Something he said was, "One thing that sets us apart from other companies is that we don't use high pressure sales tactics." Really? You had to wait for me to get out of my car and set my things down! Further, he was VERY adamant about setting up a time for a salesman to come over. Again, I JUST GOT HOME. I see from other reviews that their quality is very good, and I am WELL overdue for new windows. I will NOT, however, be getting them from here simply because of this.

Everyone from initial contact sales person to final install was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They were amazing with their willingness to field my million questions and knowledgeable enough to make me feel trusting with their answers. The install team went over and above on a couple of areas and made recommendations for better “long term” repairs we should do. My only issue was the length of time it took to cash out deposit and final payment checks. Was wondering if they had been willing to do it for free at one point. :)

I love my new windows from American Weathertechs. From sales, to measuring, to installation everyone was very professional and great to work with. The windows are high quality and have made a huge upgrade to my house.
