Universal Builders did a great job with our entire hail storm damage repair. The project manager was great, guided us through the entire insurance claim process. In the end our new roof looks wonderful, as does the siding, gutters and garage door. It was great to have one company orchestrate all of the repairs and replacements. The team was always friendly, helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!!

We had hail damage and there were many roofing/building companies working in our neighborhood. We took our time and did some investigation and home neighbors who used different builders. We decided to go with universal builders because of the positive interaction that I had with the sales team as well as everyone associated with Universal builders. The work was done on time and at a high-quality. After the job was done we even had a gentleman come by to do a quality control check and make sure that we were satisfied with everything that shows their commitment to customer excellence. The shingles on the market have so many similarities, but Owens Corning stands out. Once finding the desired product, the search began to find a reputable company to install. Universal Builders far exceeded this requirement as a Platinum Preferred installer. We have a very difficult roof, yet they finished in three days before the rains came in. No complaints, great job!
