Brian and his team did a fabulous job on our fiberglass windows and doors. Brian is very knowledgeable about the products and helped us pick what was best for our needs and budget. We picked the option to finish the wood trim ourselves and they turned out great!

It is not everyday that I get to work with a more professional group of people. It starts with Brian, Linda and Heidi in the office to the installers in the field to ensure their customer have a great experience.

2-3 years ago, I hired/paid Teeters for Windows replacements and for replacing wood-boards surrounding the windows. It was a two-day job. The first day, three person team with team-boss came. The crew boss was quite good and the job on the first day were of good quality. When they pried out the old wood-boards, the weather tapes were torn off. Under the watchful crew boss, they taped new weather strips back, and then put the replacement wood-boards. The next day, the crew boss did not show up until 10:30AM or 11AM. His two crew men tried to put wood board without taping back the weather tapes. They were rude. They said that they don't have those tapes and actually nailed up the boards without putting new weather tapes under it - to replace the areas which were torn off when they took out the old boards. I had to go buy the weather strips from Home Depot which did not have good quality ones. After the crew boss arrived, he apologized. But, the damage has already done. The crew do things properly and well only under close supervision of the crew boss or homeowner. Else, they won't do their jobs properly.

Brian seems like a nice guy, but he never responded with a quote for windows, even after I sent and email inquiring. Possibly the job is too small for him. Rather he just tell me that if that's the case rather than not respond..

We recently used Teeter's Windows & Remodeling to replace the windows in our home. I can't say enough about the entire process. I was having a party over the weekend, Teeter's callied saying they could install the Thursday before. They came, installed in a day and were neat as a pin - I didn't have to touch a thing, it was as though they were never there. The installers were as polite as could be too. What a great experience from beginning to end!
