I contacted via email through their website, Doug responded very timely (a couple others I contacted never responded) and they offered to come to my house within a couple days. I had my siding completed the next week. I am very pleased with their response, their work, and their friendliness and professionalism. I would not hesitate to refer Columbus Windows and Siding to my family, friends, and neighbors.

They just completed our home siding project. The owner, Doug, gave us a great quote. Brought samples and helped us pick out the right siding. He is a no nonsense, down to earth person. Easy to work with. They went out of their way to work with our tight schedule. The installers were very professional and did very high quality work. They went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the work. The entire siding job was completed in two days. I would not hesitate to recommend Columbus Windows and Siding to anyone.

We received a prompt callback on our initial inquiry and were able to quickly schedule an in-home visit to discuss windows. Doug came into our home to measure our current windows and wanted to schedule another visit to show us samples. We weren't interested in seeing the sample windows as we knew what we wanted and just wanted a quote (frankly, anything was better than the currently installed, builder-grade windows). Doug never responded with a quote and unfortunately lost our business. We went with another local business and was happy with our experience with them.
