We love our new windows. It did take about 10 weeks from sale to installation but that’s to be expected in the spring time. Once our windows came in they were able to install us that week which was awesome. The installers really took their time and made sure all of our questions were answered.

Great work. Very professional. Did a really good job. Great attention to detail. Cleaned up really well too. My new windows look great!

If there were a choice of no stars I would have chosen that. Our life time guarantee is a joke. You make an appointment and no one shows up, you can only leave a message and they never return calls. Their work is shoddy and they don't clean up after their done. Don't waste your money!

All the way through the process from choosing windows to having them installed was great. The installation guys did a great job, getting the windows out and new ones in within one day, even though my original windows were very difficult to remove.

There are always questions during the life of a project. Jason Small made the project easier because of his great Customer Service. Although the weather was cold and rainy Tim Bray and Son Wyatt were professionals in making the install move forward fast and of good quality. They respond to all my concerns with kindness and much professionalism.They worked together like a well oiled machine.
