We experienced a leak coming from outside the chimney. Will arrived less than 24 hours later (which was a huge relief). He was punctual, professional and kept me updated on his progress by sharing photographs at various stages of the process. I feel he went above and beyond for us and had excellent craftsmanship.

Will and his crew were fantastic to work with. We had siding get damaged during a wind storm. Not only did Will help us with the claim process but he was very good about communication. We were also in the works to sell our house. Will made it a point to squeeze our job in to help keep us on our timeline. There was also a request to install a slider that wasn't part of the siding agreement, that Will made happen. Couldn't be happier with our experience with Rivcon.
