After 2 yr and 10k and a new roof I already have a leak. The group lacks customer service and most of all lacks responsibility for their work. This was a big mistake we chose them because they claim a Christian background and with our experience I wish they would stop using Christianity to lie to people for business. Please use a discerning judgment before using BIC Roofing.
