I wanted to thank Adam and Northstar for getting my insurance to pay for the new roof last year. The contractor prior wasn’t convincing enough and thus my insurance declined coverage. I was very pleased by the fact that they were able to work closely with my insurance in getting the paperwork processed in a timely manner. In addition, the work that was done on replacing the entire roof by them was outstanding.

Roof damage from storms. Insurance company only want to replace damaged shingles. Northstar and Adam did this and then help me get a new roof because of how different the shingles looked between the new and the old. Adam and Northstar was a pleasure to deal with and did all the leg work for me. I would and have recommended them to others.

I could not be more happy with Adam and the entire NorthStar team. Adam explained exactly how the process would work and the entire installation went as expected. The installers were on time, efficient and cleaned up any and all mess. The installers found some additional issues and explained to me what it would take to get them fixed with no pressure or feeling of being "up-sold". NorthStar replaced the roof and gutters on my uncle's home quickly and seamlessly.
