I wanted to give a review on this company, as well as it's employees and owners. I will start out saying there customer service is amazing, I use to think it was lost, but All out roofing prove me wrong. Jon was very professional and always courteous to me and my family. Most importantly they did an amazing job on my roof. I felt like the product and price was great. These guys where good on how they did the roof, to cleaning up after themselves. I would totally recommend All out roofing to anyone that wants a fair price and owners and employee who actually care about the quality of work And great attention to detail and treating their customers like a customer should be treated. Jon was the person who came out and gave me my estimate on my roof. I can't brag on this man enough he was always detail on what his product can do, he updated me on what I needed or didn't need. And his customer service and attention to detail was spot on. Good roofing companies are hard to find, don't look far just call All out roofing I'm glad I did.

Jon was very straightforward and professional during the whole re-roofing process. He was readily available if I had any questions. He explained the process in language I could understand. Josh, the project manager came throughout the whole process to ensure that it was done properly and everything was clean and tidy. Overall, it was a great experience!

i was referred to All Out Roofing by my home warranty company for a roof leak over my stove. At first glance it was thought that the leak was caused from a boot on the roof vent, which Choice Home Warranty would not cover. I told John to go ahead and fix the boot anyways. When John came out with another co-worker it was determined that the boot was fine however there were a lot of loose screws on our metal roof. They fixed the screws and out new caulking around the boot and said to see if it leaked again on the next rain. When it did leak they came back and spent an hour trying to find the leak. It turns out after pulling up 3 layers of caulking, someone used the wrong type of caulking on the prior leak. They removed all the caulking and replaced it with the correct caulking. They have checked in on us after each rain to make sure we have had no further problems. These guys are the best and take total pride in their work. I would recommend them to anyone who need a roof repair. Thank you All Out Roofing!

The BEST! Jon negotiated with my insurance company and was able to get money to repair my entire roof. He is so dependable: always returned my phone calls, was there when he said he would, and work crew did a great job. The crew cleaned up debris and did a great job. After the hurricane, it has been so hard to get contractors that respond to calls and actually do what they say. With so many dishonest people/contractors in our town, Jon and Josh restored my trust and did a remarkable job!!! I would recommend them to everyone because of their honesty and remarkable work. I have to say that the customer service I got from Jon was far above-and-beyond any that I have gotten from a contractor before. He was most helpful with getting my roof assessed and prepared a detailed technical report for the insurance company, making the process as smooth and painless as could be! Prompt, professional responses at every turn. Truly someone who sincerely cares about his customers and getting them the best job done possible. I would recommend him and his company in a heartbeat.
