Once work began RSI-Roofing, Inc. stayed in constant contact with us. The status updates we received came directly from the owner, Gary. It is clear that Gary takes pride in providing his customers with an excellent product, and great service. It is also clear that Gary passes these goals along to all of his employee’s, as all of our interactions with them were nothing but positive. Each day the job site was keep clean throughout the day, which was greatly appreciated. The final product looks great and was completed in a timely manner. RSI did a great job from start to finish. We requested four bids to replace our roof and some siding work. RSI responded within the same day of our online inquiry. Within a day or two after the inspection, we received a very professional estimate along with supporting documents on why we should choose them. After delays due to weather, work began right away. RSI was quick to locate and repair a leak in the roof at Pleasant Valley School quickly and efficiently. The school celebrates its 130th birthday this year! The building was restored 30 years ago and serves over 700 school children each year with a day of living history. RSI was able to repair a small leak that could have become a huge problem if we had "waited for the next big rain" as one roofing company suggested. We are grateful for their quick response and highly recommend them.
