We were very pleased with Heartland Roofing all around. The sales rep Nathan was very knowledgeable and quick to respond! He was very patient and took the time to answer all of our questions. The crew came out with in a week of ordering our material and they had our brand new roof installed in less than a day! They were very professional and made sure the entire area was clear of debris once they were finished. The supervisor did a second walk around once they were done to make sure. I would recommend them to anyone.
Absolutely awesome from start to finish!! My roofer, David Cartwright, met with my insurance adjuster to make sure nothing was overlooked. He went above and beyond, making several trips to my house, bringing samples, taking additional pictures and sending them to my insurance company. He explained the entire process, and corresponded with my insurance company, making sure updated codes were met for my new roof, which they approved. He was so very helpful to me, and made this process run smoothly. David and Heartland Roofing are the utmost professionals, and I highly recommend them!! The personal touch they provide is unmatched!!
Don't use for chimney repair! I had the repair scheduled and had confirmed work being done with Heartland(chimney repair they sub out). Everything seemed fine at that point, and I felt good about the fact they were going to do a thorough job redoing the tart and not just a quick patch job. Then a guy shows up and doesn't exactly give the impression that he knows what he's supposed to do or at least could not confirm with me what work was being done so I asked if he could double check and make sure he knows what all was needing to be done before starting. So I contacted Heartland and left a message/text with my concern. Then all of a sudden Heartland says the subcontractor wants to back out of the job. Seems a little fishy that they were willing to drop a job because of confirming work to be done, but thankfully I may have avoided being taken advantage of, having inferior work done or not having some of the work done at all. I feel like I dodged a bullet on this one. I don't think this should reflect poorly on Heartland necessarily, but just be warned that projects that are not they're expertise may be subcontracted out which I'm totally fine with and normally not a problem, but this can introduce issues into the process if that subcontractor is not on the same page. Call me crazy, but if I'm dropping a large sum of my hard-earned money on a project I just think the person that's doing the work should know what work was agreed to being done. It's a shame it's so hard to find good communication, honesty and accountability in the service industry.
Heartland Roofing did a great job on replacing my roof and gutters. I had hail damage that I needed to be fixed before I could close on my house, which they were able to make happen without delaying my closing. David did a great job of explaining the whole process to me. They worked with my insurance company to help make the whole process a lot smoother. I definitely recommend using Heartland Roofing. I will be using them for any future roofing issues.
Heartland did an excellent job with my roof replacement in September 2016. We experienced hail damage earlier in the year that came up on a home inspection prior to sale. David, the lead contact working with me, met my adjuster personally, helped gather necessary documentation, checked in on the installment, and came over several times following to ensure my wife and i were 100% satisfied. I am very glad that we chose Heartland and will use them again in the future.
