Austin Reed met with my insurance adjuster and pointed out leaks as well as hail damage totaling the roof and gutters. He only took half up front until the roof was complete. His team cleaned up all debris and nails and staples going through the yard front and back with a magnet two times. He added roof vents at no extra charge. Also added ice and rain shield under shingles. He added 30 year textured shingles matching the rest of the block. Very honest company that will replace bad plywood when needed. A plus company you can trust. The whole job took 2 days to complete like he promised.

From the initial conversation with Billy, I learned more that I thought possible about roofing! Austin contacted me quickly to assess our roof and was very friendly and kind, he even took the time to say hi and talk to my little two-year-old. He stayed in contact and was available even on evenings and weekends. Once we got to the actual roofing process, Austin promised a reliable, respectful, and fast crew - and they sure delivered! The roofers were early, worked efficiently, and didn't leave any mess behind. They were done even faster than promised! We had to have a couple extra boards replaced and Austin had several pictures to show what needed to be done and why. I knew our roof was on its last leg and I'm so relieved I don't have to hold my breath every time we have a storm! I went down to file a claim , when Billy and Paul. Came by from Right Choice Roofing to inspect the roof and damage to the ceiling , they found the roof problem and corrected on the spot. They will also send out someone To repair my ceiling and also went down and cancelled my claim . Real nice and courteous gentleman. I would call again if needed and also refer him to others...
