Work was done very efficiently and professionally. All scheduling for work was timely and roof replacement was finished as agent had specified. All trash, roofing nails, etc... were removed and surroundings were completely clean when job was complete. Agent assisted in several ways to help understand the insurance claim process and maximize the payment available from insurance coverage including several calls and interactions directly with insurance representatives to advocate for best outcome. Mark and his crew replaced a damaged roof for my wife and I in less than a day, with excellent craftmanship, first rate material and clean up that left not a single trace of them having been there, with the exception of course of a fantastic new roof. If it wasn't for Mark, we would not have received this new roof. Our insurance said no, just replace some shingles. Mark was the only one that told us that they didn't make this shingle anymore. Agent said that one company had them, Mark found out different. No one makes this Tamko 30 year heritage anymore. Mark stayed focus and proved that our shingle was not available to us to repair some spots on the house. We ended up getting a whole new roof which looks great and it would not have happened if it hadn't been for Mark .We didn't think to question the adjuster. The guys were here at dawn and stripped, finished and picked up in one day. Wow, how impressed that we are from the work and the clean up. We can't say enough of how much we love our new roof.
