We hired 918 Construction to complete some outside trim work for our home. They were courteous and prompt in responding to our questions and always showed up exactly when they said they would be there. We appreciated Phil’s knowledge and honesty, and the hard work that Luis and Eleazar put into our home. They completed the job under our budget and did fantastic work. We will definitely use 918 Construction in the future for our home projects/repairs.

4-12-19 - Once again Phil Bravado and his team (Luis, Fernando & Eleazar) did an amazing job replacing a post on the outside of our house and painting the house. They had great recommendations and did a beautiful job for the price and time frame they quoted! This is the 3rd project they have done for our home and we couldn’t be more pleased. They just finished a project in our home this week and did a fantastic job!!! The price was fair, the quality of work was amazing and their kindness and professionalism could not be more appreciated!!! This is the 3rd project they have completed for us, which includes 1 project where previous contractor did not complete the job appropriately and left us with leak issues. Phil and his team came in and knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it!!! After so much worry and frustration, it was so refreshing to have someone who is so knowledgeable and does what they say they will and in the time frame they promise! 918 is my "go to" company. They actually listen to what you want and give you honest answers and honest quotes. We mostly use them for roofing but they also do home remodeling. They have been around for a long time. Our person we presently deal with is Vanessa and she is great but other people we have dealt with from 918 have also been very good.

We absolutely loved working with 918 construction!! We can't say enough great things about this company. Garrett, Hector, and the roofing crew did an outstanding job replacing our roof and repairing our master shower! I would recommend them to anyone! 918 Construction did a great job repairing a roof leak for me. I have an enclosed back porch that had a small leak that turned into a major leak when I tried to repair it myself. I found a great page on their website about roof leak repair so I called them. I got a call back from Phil within an hour or so and he was able to come check it out the next day. This was Friday afternoon and I had to work at 10:30am Saturday. He worked around my schedule, came by at 8:30am, he was right on time. He was very friendly and obviously knew what he was doing. He gave me a price breakdown on the estimate, instead of just throwing a number at me. I felt really good about that. Phil thought Tuesday or Wednesday was when we would be able to get the work done, It wasn't supposed to rain for a few days so we were ok but he called me Monday morning and let me know they were going to start and try to finish today. They stayed late and completed the job by 7 that night since we were supposed to have some unexpected rain and it didn't leak at all. It's a huge relief, I was incredibly stressed since I can usually handle minor home repairs but I couldn't do a thing myself to fix it. They did great, Phil was very friendly, honest, accommodating, and worked totally around my schedule. I didn't get to meet the roofer/roofers since I had to work a really long shift that day but he/they did an awesome job and sent me pics of the progress. Once again, thank you guys so much for taking care of this for me!! You will definitely be hearing back from me for quite a few other things I'll be doing to my home in the near future.
