Received quote to fix a roof leak and wrote $700 check for 50% in October of 2018. Estimator said they would fix the leak without fail by replacing flashing, felt and shingles to improve the area and stop the leak. No contact for 3 weeks. After a call and an additional 2 week wait they sent a repair crew. The repair crew was here less than 90 minutes, replaced 12 shingles and left. The leak was worse after they left The sales guy showed up to collect the rest of his payment. I refused payment and told him of the problem. He assured me that T Town was a company of honor and they would definitely get this corrected. That was in January, it is now the end of May 8 months later and no word from T Town. When I received a request to post online reviews for them I thought I would oblige. They kept 0% of their promises! Missed on schedule, missed on quality, missed on follow up.

I had a nail coming up from my shingles, and water was leaking through my ceiling. I found. T-Town Roofing on Nextdoor, and their office worked to get someone out to my house quickly. Mark called me to say he could come by earlier than my originally scheduled visit, quickly found the source and explained how he planned to fix it. It was rainy on the day he came out, so he couldn’t fix it then, but he was out there two days later, as soon as it was dry. I have used T-Town Roofing for 10years of home ownership. I have found them to be incredibly honest and they always do quality work. My current roof was slightly damaged and they got out here and fixed it up same day.

James had a great crew do my roof. They do honest bidding and communicate with pictures if something comes up so quick decisions can be made to keep job moving. If everyone works like he does you can expect great work.
