I have owned homes for over 40 years and have had several occasions to purchase a new roof. It was such a pleasure to find C&S Roofing. They are always priced right, work easily with insurance adjusters and have done the best quality job by far. I have also had occasion to refer them for other residential and commercial jobs. The best testament that I can possibly give for them is every referral has resulted in, "thank you! I will never use anyone else for roofing again."

I work nights an was woke up from a dead sleep around 7AM by the sound of constant revving of a motor only to peer out my window to see one of their workers removing my trash cans from the curb for pick up to the middle of my yard and left while the other worker was trying back up into my neighbors driveway to update their roof while driving over my curb into my beautiful lawn leaving tire marks. I had to run out and intervene just to have them stop driving into my yard. Then they proceeded to park sideways in the middle of the street blocking our driveway and traffic where not one could pass or us able leave. When I contacted C & S Roofing, their solution was to throw some dirt over the tire mark and leave. I was hoping the owner would have been more responsible and take ownership for the damage done to my property and have properly repaired my yard and not opt to band aid the problem. So out my own pocket had to go purchase seed, soil, and fertilizer to attempt to repair the big ugly tire mark. Obliviously this is a group of individuals that don't have any respect for other peoples property, it's very unfortunate that I had to find this out. You might want to consider this experience before contacting them if you have any type of rapport with your neighbors! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MY PROPERTY.

Not a nail or scrap of wood left in the yard after they finished. We had a wood roof and replaced it with a 30 year impact resistance roof. Love everything about C & S Roofing and they were all professional and timely. The owner even checked back on us after the job was complete to make sure we were pleased. Would refer them to anyone.
