I have known Mark and Diana Ivers, the owners of Jam Roofing/Construction, for many years, as they were customers at MY shop. I always felt like they weren't just clients but family that needed to buy stuff I had. They are amazing people, and when I needed some roofing done for a pool pump house, the team at Jam, led by Jeff, came out and saw that my roof needed a LOT of internal building structural work before they could proceed. Because of their EXCELLENT referrals for a framer (Kos Ray Construction, who also gets a 5 star rating!) and an electrician (Jeff at Hummingbird Electric, who ALSO gets a 5 star rating!) I was able to get all my work needed done smoothly and extremely professionally. The team at Jam did an awesome job roofing my shed under a time crunch. I have nothing but good to say not only of Mark and Diana, but of Jeff, and of all the contractors they recommended. I sadly had to relocate out of the area, but if I had any other work for them I would trust them to do solid work. Thank you everyone at Team Jam!

Had Jam come out to give us a estimate on our roof , and never got back to us as he said he would. Guess he didnt need the work , maybe thats a good thing ! If you did hire him maybe he would never show up to do the work.
