**HARASSMENT BY BOSSES?!! You Judge!!! Also- ABC Roofing is WAY BETTER A BUSINESS!! After leaving a previous review on here, that really wasnt mean or degrading, but more informative; my friend who had worked for Umpqua got a call from one of the bosses. He condescendingly asked my friend if he had been working, (anywhere else), and then this "boss" stated to my friend, " I was going to have you work for us, but your girlfriend wrote a review on Yelp about us." WOW, I dont know about other people, but I wouldn't want to work for a guy who not only is disrespectful, (like I said in PREV review), but he calls employees an degrades them in this way!! I have this bosses name to which I'm seriously adding to my review. Rest assured, if I get any requests on here for a name, I will gladly give it! **ABC Roofing is a much better place to work for!! They treat their employees with respect an understanding. They have their sh#t together when it comes to business...

Super nice people

My mom, sister and i were on the way to California from Washington and got a flat tire. It was 39 degrees out and pouring rain. Two gentlemen stopped and didn't mind getting soaked to help the typical damsel in distress situation. They were so nice and so helpful and very respectful. We did not hire roofing services but anyone who has the courtesy to stop on the highway in yucky conditions and the efficiency and pleasant attitudes to help only demonstrate their work ethic and willingness to perform good quality work no matter what. Thank you a million times.

Called Umpqua Roofing on Danebo in Eugene because we had a leak at our business. They were friendly, professional and quick to respond. Same day I called they sent Danielle out to fix the leak. He was professional and explained in detail what was happening and the repairs he would need to make. They were efficient and very customer service oriented. I would highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs!
