Representative was very informative going over the project with us. The quality and warranty of the vinyl is the best I’ve seen from all estimates, the insulation is much better. They made the process very quick and easy. Very excited, Thank you!

Make sure you get competitive bids. They will claim their roofing product is superior to other competitors with a transferable life-time warranty and even free X-year financing. Do your own roof education! Unlike a reputable roofer, this guy insisted on meeting me even though I specifically told him at the beginning of the phone conversation that I'm too busy. Ask yourself why a meeting is even necessary when most any other reputable roofer can write an estimate and then follow up if you have any questions? The reason is they want to give a long pressured sales pitch that ends with choice of colors and a on-the-spot signature. The DaBella representative totally misrepresented himself to me. He told me at the beginning of the phone conversation they didn't do the above. After 5 minutes of questions he insisted on meeting me. I told him if he can't produce a roof estimate like every other bid I have received including River Roofing and McKenzie Roofing, that I'm not interested. Of course...DaBella has a superior product, great financing, professional and special and blah blah blah I won't do business with dishonest contractors and this guy demonstrated his dishonesty under a 5 minute phone conversation.

DaBella did my roof last October and that went extremely well. Everyone was very professional and the work was fast and looks great. I had Robert out again today to look at my siding. Again he was very professional and informative. Looking forward to working with Dabella again when I am ready to do the siding project.

I would leave 0 to negative stars if I could They talk a nice talk but do not deliver on their promise. I was impressed by the presentation and paid a $12,000 deposit. Right before the installation was to happen I was told that they were not going to install the roof vent system and that the 'Golden Pledge' warranty I agreed to was not going to be provided and that i was going to get the 'Systems Plus limited warranty' which is only 25 years instead of 50 years non prorated. I did my best to work with them and got the run around and lots of nice talk but no real response. my calls were dodged, emails ignored and no answers to my concerns. I asked to have the contract voided and my deposit returned because they could not provided the contracted warranty and had not provided the required addendum regarding the reinstallation of my roof top antennas. I was told that they would review my request on the following Monday. I waited two weeks and have heard nothing. once again my emails and calls are being ignored and dodged. They are bait and switch promising a premium service and product but at the last minute try to change it up hoping that you will just go ahead and take it with out changing the price to reflect the reduction in what you paid for. I strongly urge anyone to avoid these guys.
