Had a minor roof leak that took 20 minutes and a shingle to fix. Received bill for $260. They came out quickly and fixed problem, but price seemed high for what was done. Was told that's the normal service charge.

Working outside apartment complex way too early in the morning, violating noise ordinance. called the guys to complain, nothing happened. other people have to work too.

I had a very good experience with Griffith Roofing on a small job. I contacted GR through their web form and asked them to bid on installation of a permanent roof anchor. A day or two later, a representative phoned me. We were able to talk about my desired location for the anchor based on overhead views of my house from Google Earth, so that was handy. We agreed upon a price, that there was no particular need for me to be home during the installation, and that I'd be mailed a bill. A few days later, my roof anchor was installed while I was away at work, and a week after that I received the bill... just as we had discussed. I've since used the anchor and am happy with it. Anyway, the reason I'm writing such a positive review of GR is that from start to finish, they were responsive, accurate, and hassle-free. Although this was a small service call, I think that the sort of promptness and efficiency I encountered must be indicative of GR as a business overall.

I reported a moderate problem to Griffith Roofing at 7:30 AM. A very professional technician was at my property in three hours. Had the original problem (and two other minor ones) 100% resolved by noon.
