I have been in commercial real estate for over 35 years. I have had to replace many roofs and I have to say that Sterling Pacific is by far the best roofing contractor I have used. It's not even close. Highly recommend. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Blown away at such an amazing job! We had a client that had a tree fallen over on their roof. Chris and Sterling-Pacific came out and quickly, and removed the tree, inspected the deck and roof and professional repaired all of the damages and cleaned up all the debris. On a scale of 1-10 these guys are a true 11!

We had a little hiccup with our commercial roof repair and the owner was out immediately to assess and remedy. Their customer service is top notch. They followed up regularly and made sure everything was perfect before wrapping up the the job. Very happy with the outcome.
