Christan and Creighton were very respectful and polite during their visit to my home. They sat down with me and explained every aspect of my panel and roofing situation. I would highly recommend their service, great experience all around!
Christian and Miles were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They went out of their way to find a way to help my roofing endeavors happen. Very much appreciated!
Obviously you get what you pay for. DaBella seems to have a quality roofing system installed by highly certified employees, which is appreciated. What isn’t appreciated is how they exaggerate the condition your roof is in and try to scare you into purchasing a new one. The 2 salesmen told us our roof had 3 layers of old roofing (which is illegal) and that they almost fell through the roof while walking on it. This is in no way true considering we just purchased our home one week ago, went through inspection, and got 2 other roofing quotes that stated it had 2 layers and 5 years of life left. 3 prior quotes were wrong and a salesman trying to sell a 35k roof was right? Honesty is key within a small community and DaBella is not honest.
The salesperson was friendly however my "free estimate" amounted to 15 minutes of him taking pictures of my roof and then 2 hours and 45 minutes (3 hours in total) of high pressure sales. It was exhausting to say "no" so many times and not be heard. I wanted to get more quotes and told the salesperson before he started his sales pitch that this was my first bid and that I would be getting others before making a determination. He simply wouldn't accept this. The high pressure tactics might work on some but I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone agree to a "free estimate" by this company. I'm sure they do good work and for upscale houses, maybe a $36,000 roof makes sense. It doesn't make sense for my house and after 3 hours of not being listened to, I had decided I didn't want to do business with this company.
I was thoroughly surprised and thankful that Christian and Mitch worked so hard to get us the roof we so desperately need at a price we can afford. Without their care and concern for me and my family I don’t know what we would have done . Thank you DaBella for providing employees with such integrity to work with your customers.
