I love this place! The metal is always good quality and the customer service is great. Another good find for me. I tell everyone about this place as i want them to stay around.

It's sad I am the first to review this company and it isn't a good one. My first experience was positive, business as usual about a year ago. This time around there was a bump in the road where they had a chance to come out on top and chose not to. I ordered some material from them to be cut to size about a month ago. I could have picked it up sooner from them (it was ready within a week), but chose not to. I wasn't informed I would have any issues with not picking it up right away. So, I pick up the material, drive it to the site where it would be installed, opened it up and the nice shiny finish I was expecting looked like a bird had an issue all over it. There was some (very standard I guess when left together in the rain) oxidation/chemical reaction that happened and the material is ruined. I called them today to discuss and asked if there was a way to fix it or if they will replace it and they said, "no"... it was my fault. My fault? How can I agree to purchase something from you in one condition, receive it in a different condition that is unusable, not have any type of warning that this could happen and it be my fault? Shouldn't it be their responsibility to keep this product from harm until I pick it up, or at least give me a fair warning that I need to pick it up right away or it could be harmed? Maybe I'm wrong, but I think not. I think this company puts out a good product when all things go well, but when there is a problem, like the one above, they failed. (Overall price to have owned their mistake in lack of communication was under $200. FAIL)
