Carl and Eric work diligently to make sure every step of the process is done with you, the customer, being the first concern. When there was a problem they weren’t afraid to jump in and make sure their employees treat you like family. Their practice of treating everyone like you would want your mother treated is just an exceptional business practice. I wish other service businesses would live up to their standards and wish they would expand their product line so I didn’t have to shop anywhere else for other home products! The products are all top quality and the staff treats you like family; I just can’t say enough!

Lifetime was thorough in the bidding process and answered all of my questions. The work was completed on schedule. Their communication was good throughout the process. The finished product looks great. The workmanship was good and they left the place cleaner than they found it. I'd definitely recommend them.
