Contacted them in early October for roof maintenance. Told them I had a concrete tile roof that needed cleaning. They had a special price of $499 on Angie's list which I accepted. When they showed up the said they couldn't do it because it was tile. It would cost $400 more. I agreed and they said they'd come back in a week. Two weeks later they said it would be another month. I told them forget it and hired Moss Busters. I get that roofers are busy in the fall but that's no excuse for bad customer service. I would go elsewhere.
