We needed a roof replacement and Steve came out with his drone to do the evaluation w/o me having to be there. He promptly sent the video and recommended what needed to be done. He was very responsive to all of my inquiries, but what stuck out to me the most was there were several occasions where he could have steered me to the more expensive option, but instead he said the cheaper option was more than adequate for my roof. I find him very easy to work with and the entire process was painless on my end. During our final walk, I had minor concerns and he got his team to address them right away. I was impressed by his professionalism and responsiveness and I would highly recommend Portlandia for any roofing needs.

Really good company to work with at all stages of the process. Clear and complete bid. Pre-work communication was great. Work went fine, and the minor issues that came up (weather etc) they dealt without it ever affecting us. Work looks great, and the cleanup was perfect. I'd highly recommend to anyone.

Steve was not the best fit for my particular job, but he came out promptly and spent as much time with me as I needed to educate me on how to best proceed.

Steve, who I believe it the owner, was really great to work with! He was professional, timely, and seemed to have a good crew of guys working for him. We had old solar panels and a chimney removed and a new roof and gutters installed. Steve also caught that we had 2 layers of existing roofing that needed to be removed (something other companies missed). The whole process took about a month (from first contact to completion), but they installed the roof in 2 days and the gutters in 1! The 4K videos are also a nice touch and we are very happy with our experiences and the final product.

Working in the solar industry, we occasionally have situations where we need a roofer to come out and patch a hole when we relocate a vent on the roof or something. Chad with Portlandia roofing has been very responsive with answering calls and having the availability to get someone out there usually the next day! This is great for me as a project manager, being able to keep our customers dry and happy. Would definitely recommend checking them out.
