Stay as far away as possible. Dishonest. And the work is not professional. When we fired him, he tried to charge us for work we had to pay other people to fix. He raised his bid 3 times after starting the job and said it was due to codes. I guess he doesn’t know the codes well enough to figure those in during the bid process. He and his employees left the job site a complete mess; we had to demand that he clean it up. It was like that for over a week; nails, garbage, waste and materials we had asked him to salvage. He also left his materials out in the rain uncovered before install and then when the floor was completely out of level he blamed it on swelling... ya think? He told us it would take a month to drywall in a small attic space. Once we fired him we got a bid for half the cost and 5 days start to finish. Pick someone better who will respect your home and your money; this guy isn’t it. He also started work days before the permits were approved; just a clown all around. There is a reason he doesn’t have a waiting list; lesson learned.

These guys are not professional. They left our house with a complete mess. I will not recommend this company ever.

We solicited multiple bids for our exterior home renovation and selected Beisa's Legacy because no one else came close to offering such comprehensive yet economical service. Our renovation consisted of new HardiePlank lap siding/ trim, paint, fixtures, and a new concrete front patio with pergola structure and planter box. Beisa's Legacy is a construction company so they were able to handle all work in-house, which was a big factor in our selection process (they are also certified by James Hardie so they were able to offer the maximum warranty for the siding). It was clear from our first meeting that the owner of the company, Anwar, has a passion for craftsmanship and an eye for design. We had an extensive initial design meeting during which Anwar lent his insight to our initial thoughts and presented examples of previous projects, which was extremely helpful. Once we finalized the design, the construction team began work promptly. The team was approachable, polite, and responsive; our project was clearly their #1 priority. Our project manager, Gustavo, was very professional and was there for us any time we had a question. We are so happy with the finished product; our house looks even better than we imagined and we pinch ourselves every time we pull into the driveway. Overall, we couldn't find another company that could match the craftsmanship, design support, and price point that Beisa's offered. We're lucky to have found them and won't hesitate to use them for our future home needs.
