I hired Elbert to fix up my old house which I was getting ready to sell. The project quickly turned into a nightmare - the sewer and chimney both failed inspection - but Elbert was there to get different quotes, manage the various contractors, and see the projects through to the end. Fast, reliable service. Really helped out when we were in a pinch. Elbert removed a large built in desk and kitchen appliances, and he installed new range hoods. He also patch and painted walls and coordinated ducting repairs. Would definitely recommend to others.
