On 2 occasions we requested a crane for delivery during conversations with the office staff when we were there in person. Relco delivered our trusses today but failed to tell us we would be expected to hand carry them up to the roof. We (my 72 yo husband) and the delivery guy helped him to hand carry them up to the roof! Secondly, an employee, Hunter - called at 7am one morning to set up an inspection of our project - I politely told him it was too early to be calling.
