Well here goes,while the roofing job was done in a timely matter,communication between us is non existent for work that we paid for and not completed..Did not return calls or texts or e mails...in 6 weeks time.still haven't heard from him.

The owner is great. I can't speak for all the sub contractors in this roofing company.

We have had a terrible experience with this company. Once they had our down payment of half the cost of the roof getting any kind of communication or response from them was impossible. The sale of our house was delayed because we couldn't get them out to do the roof in a timely manner, and we were even unable to give updates because despite calling multiple times a day, leaving several voice mails on different phone numbers, and emailing the company, we received NO communication. This is a terrible company to work with, and if you are on any kind of a deadline I would not recommend them.

We just had Portland Roofing NW out to our house to put on a new roof, and Derek was great to work with, the roof turned out great, the price was fair and they even cleaned up perfectly after they were done! Derek mentioned that I could help them out by putting a good word out on the internet, so here it is. I like to help local businesses so hopefully anyone who is reading this will help out a business as well by posting a good review whenever a company works for them. It is a shame that people usually only post bad reviews and don't pass on word of good work as well...oh well!
