I had Real Estate Roofing Services make repairs and certify one of my rental properties and I was very satisfied with their service and price

This place is a joke, just like the last review, they "attempted" to repair a leak on a roof that ended up having to be replaced, if you are such an experienced roofing company why would you offer to repair something that needs to be replaced, the repair itself was very shotty and looked like someone poured hot tar all over the place and never came back to resolve, do not waste your hard earned money with these folks, they basically charged me almost 1,000 $ to replace some penetration boots, and button up the chimney

This place is an absolute joke. We hired this company to certify our roof before purchasing our home. They gave us, in writing, that our roof is certifiable and will last another 10 years. Now, six months after our purchase, we have found that our roof is falling apart and needs a complete replacement. We have had 3 different roofing companies tell us that Real Estate Roofing had no right to certify this roof. We received a phone call from the owner, Michael after our real estate agent spoke with him. He proceeded to spent 10 minutes telling us that he has been doing this for 40 years and that he made no mistake. I think what he was actually saying is that he has been screwing people over for the past 40 year... yes, that was it. He and his company should be ashamed of themselves for completing shotty work and then blaming their customer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Real Estate Roofing did a secondary review of our roof before our home purchase due to issues found in the original inspection. Real Estate Roofing stated they resolved all the issues found, after having to come to the house twice due to faulty work the first time. Real Estate Roofing also stated "we estimate this roof can last another (6-8) years. “Normal maintenance” can include future repairs. " However, within the last month we have had two separate contractors out at the house because we have had a leak in our roof where Real Estate Roofing said they had "fixed" the issue. These two contractors both have stated we maybe have 1 year on the roof left but should get it fixed sooner rather than later because the "fixes" Real Estate Roofing performed were garbage/lies. From the contractors words, supported by multiple pictures of the roof, Real Estate Roofing just slapped some lose shingles on the house and called it good. They acted in a negligent fashion when telling us the issues were fixed as the did not actually fix anything. There are multiple locations where shingles are just sliding off the roof or there are no shingles left. There are also areas where there is no tarp on the roof under the shingles - just plywood directly over the attic. Most if not all the problem areas across the entire roof, were supposed to be "fixed" by Real Estate Roofing.

First project my wife and I did on our first house and it was a terrible experience. For $1,216.00 we got a piece of flashing put on one of the pipes on our roof and about 15' of wood gutter removed. Along with a few branches cut from a tree, which was pointless because there were branches still touching the roof and this wasn't on the statement of work. They left a large hole in the roof line where they removed the old gutter. When I called them out on the poor work they sent someone out to take pictures and ultimately decided they did a sufficient job. It wasn't until I took my own pictures that they sent someone out who put a less than adequate piece of flashing over the hole. Unfortunately they came by and did the work while my wife and I weren't home so we could not do the supervising they seemed to require. I reluctantly paid this company just so I could start forgetting I ever dealt with them more quickly. The good that came from this encounter was that my wife and I will now trust the reviews on Angie's list and other contractor sites, and make sure to get as many quotes from people as we can. Save yourself some time and frustration, stay away from this company.
