I was amazed at the fast response I received when I contacted Elmer about a needed roof repair. He was promptly at my house to look at my roof and I had the estimate the next morning. The estimate was less than I expected to pay and he repaired my roof on the day he said it would be done. My shingles are 8 years old and no longer available but Elmer did an excellent job of matching them. He is prompt, courteous, trustworthy and a pleasure to do business with!

A new roof is a big investment which I was nervous about. I relied on the stellar reviews for J&E Structures and could not be happier! Elmer quickly came out to provide a quote (which was less than competitors) and was flexible with scheduling. The best part was watching these craftsmen work. Four guys worked non-stop for seven hours and left no trace other than a beautiful new roof! I was amazed to find no nails or debris anywhere! All were very polite (yes sir, no sir) and happy to answer any questions. Elmer was also understanding with some issues getting payment issued from our settlement company. Don't pass up an opportunity to work with these gentlemen!

Elmer was extremely easy to work with and always responded promptly. The price he quoted was fair and the work was done quickly but not at the cost of sacrificing quality.
