Ecstatic! M. Torrao is professional, personable, respectful and clearly knowledgable on all roofing and exterior finishes related. He was on site for work and very responsive when I had questions. I had a 45 year old metal roof and wanted it replaced along with soffit, fascia, windows wrapped and gutters. Everything including material options and sequence of events was clearly and thoroughly explained. I have 12 years of military construction experience and currently work in construction. I am familiar with roofing components and the roofing process. I literally have not one complaint about the work that was performed at my home. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were evident. Not only does my house look completely different, it looks amazing and I have the reassurance that the work done was of the highest quality. I will only recommend R.L. 3 weeks ago, I was approached by Brian from the Frederick, MD office about potential hail and wind damage to my roof in Middletown. I invited him to take a closer look, and that day after confirming damage, called my insurance company to file a claim. Within 3 days, the adjuster and their own roofer, plus Brian and his supervisor, all met on site, verified storm damage, and my insurance claim was approved. Brian was friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me greatly throughout the process, as this was my first homeowner's insurance claim. I was on their schedule and the roof was completed within 2 weeks, ahead of the predicted time frame. The roofing crew that came out was also friendly, and worked hard to finish a 30-square roof from start to final cleanup in just 10 hours.
