He didn’t complete the work he promised but worried the hell out of me and my husband about his money, I wouldn’t recommend him at all, I don’t mind paying if the work was done right!

Our experience has been horrible. Nothing written on his Website does he provide. For $10,000 we received horrible work on our roof. They refuse to answer our calls. They refuse to come see the issues. They refuse to fix anything! Sends his foreman out only to be told nothing will be fixed. Yet on their website it states we guarantee ALL work and please the customer. Yeah right. Had 2 highly qualified roofers come out and tell us what Mr. Jackson's crew did wrong. Sent Mr. Jackson pics of the sloppy work. Never came out. Said Memo would correct it. Memo stood and laughed at me and told me, they were only here to remove the roof and put on a new one. All the rest we are responsible for. Stay away from this rip off artist!
