We heard good things about Russell and they are local so we thought we would see what they had to offer. Zach came out and he was just incredible. Made us feel extremely comfortable, was very knowledgeable, and just couldn’t have asked for anyone to guide us through an expensive, stressful, and important decision of replacing a roof. Though definitely not the cheapest option we again felt very comfortable with Zach and we wanted the job done right. He delivered on every thing he said that would done and more! The work was second to none. The roof looks incredible as well as the gutters. Zach kept us informed throughout the entire process and was always available to help and answer any questions we had. He made a stressful situation easy and I would recommend Zach and Russell to everyone I know!

Showed up to give us an estimate on completely replacing our roof. Claimed he didn't have the right size ladder. I don't live in a mansion. Standard 2 story flat top house. Said he would be back the next day. Nothing. No call, no email. I guess these $4000-$5500 jobs are for other companies. Chad Darwiche was the person my appointment email said was to show up.

I am in an Insurance field. One of our customer received a roof repairs from Russell roofing. I called in to get our Mutual customer’s roof repair details because I needed to find out if they changed the roofing material. Kelly answered the phone and did not understand what I was asking for. By then, I just wanted to end the call. After explaining to her several times, I asked her to get a copy of the job details/documentations over. Then I hear her moan. She whispered “oh my god..” like I am asking too much. She told me that she will scan the document and e-mail me within 24 hours. She had the documentations in front of her reading it. I am not understanding why she can’t do it while she has it in front of her. I ended the conversation without any complaints. I believe I was very polite and approached her in a professional way. However, Kelly presented herself as disreputable and incompetent. I do hear many good things with Russell Roofing. But I would definitely suggest to get a new receptionist. ________________________________________ 09/26/2018 I just read the reply i received from the roofing company. I am not complaining about the procedures that she was following. In fact, she wasn't asking many questions. She was just moaning and not listening to what I needed from the company. I know how to secure customer's information. I would have understood if she explain to me her procedure, but she couldn't. Why? Because she didn't even know what documents she needed to provide to begin with. I believe customer called in before my calls and told her to provide the information. Your reply made me look like impatient, short tempered agent who doesn't want to listen to anyone. Also, she should not moan with supporting over the phone. That was very inappropriate and unprofessional. Do not bother to reply to this comment.

A couple of young men representing Russell Roofing were making the rounds in my neighborhood offering their services. Since I was considering having some work done on my flat roof I set up an appointment for an estimate. An estimator came out, and I never received an estimate. I received a call from Russell Roofing to tell me that estimator was no longer with the company and asked if I'd like another estimator to come out. I said yes. Another estimator did come out. It was late in the day and he said he would come back to get up on my roof to get me an estimate. I never heard from him or the company again. I called twice and the receptionist put me into his voice mail. I left messages asking if they were still interested in the job. I heard nothing. A waste of my time.
