They were suppose to install 8 windows only installed 7 said they had to order the other window when it’s clearly writin on the contract. The workers were junkies one was sleep in the truck..had my house smelling like cigarettes (I don’t smoke) Then I called to inquire about the un installed window with no call back. How do I have a lifetime warranty on windows and they don’t call back. Lane and his staff were nice and professional when it was time to take my money but now they won’t call me back.
