Very disappointing. Scheduled almost 2 weeks in advance for them to do the job, asked them to call a day or 2 before to confirm to make sure we were still on schedule, as I had to take off of work. They never called, so I called them the day before and they stated they were coming (but still unsure in the morning or afternoon). Waited all morning, still a no show-no call, after my second call to them, they answered and said they were stuck at a job, said they would call me that night (never did). It's horrible that a company can't pick up a phone and let you know their not coming. They are very unreliable and showed me 0 respect throughout the process! I would be ashamed to run my business like this. I would definitely not recommend using them.
