We are sprucing up the house and Welte helped us with some work. Our porch had begun to leak, and they came in and fixed it no problems! Thank you!

The good news, google won't let you give less than one star to Welte Roofing Inc. The bad news, Welte assured me that they could fix a minor leak in my roof. Not only did Welte not fix the leak, they made it significantly worse. As I was told (after the fact) Welte does NOT guaratee their repair work, but I would have to pay again to have them come out and fix the same issue that they assureded me they would fix in the first place. Not only did they not fix the leak in my roof but they made the leak worse. Welte's solution, we will put you back on our list and you will have to pay again for us to come out and not guarantee our work. As a previous review stated: bad service, horrible quality, no commitment to customers. Find a company with better values. Could not sum this company up any more accurately.

Avoid this company at all cost! I have had the same horrible experience twice now. They take two weeks to come out (that is a long time when you have a leak.) On both occasions the quality of the work was so poor that they had to come out a second time. They aren't above charging you hundreds of dollars every time they come out -even when it is to rectify a job that wasn't done properly the first time. Currently I have a significant leak that I have paid Welte to fix twice, but to no avail. Bottom line: Bad service, horrible quality, no commitment to customers. Find a company with better values.
