Meredith Home Improvements did a wonderful job on my roof. Very professional and courteous. Done sooner than expected and clean up was great! Customer service is top priority. Highly recommended!

I had them do siding as well as replace some posts on my front porch. The siding went well, but they put the posts in upside down. They said they would correct this. I made the mistake of paying them for the project before they did this. It has now been almost a year, and they have not returned to correct the problem, even after innumerable calls. Their communications are terrible. They do not answer their emails. After they finished my siding, they took 3 months to remove their waste from my driveway. They only removed it after I told them my elderly mother had tripped over it and I threatened a lawsuit.

Polite and professional. There was rain coming early afternoon so the guys did not clear the entire roof, they were smart enough scrape the back and shingle it before the rain came, instead of scraping the whole things and dealing with tarps. The cleanup was well done afterwords. I'd gotten several bids, and they were all within $100 of each other, so I went with Meredith based on a friend's recommendation, and I"m glad I did.

I had two roofs replaced by Meredith. From first contact to the end, communication was phenomenal. Even if they were on vacation, they still found time to reply back. It took about 3 weeks to start the projects due to the weather but it was worth the wait. The contractors showed up early and finished one house in one day and it took two days for the other property. The only minor complaint was that the roofers didn't really clean up the roofing nails after they were finished. It took about 2 days for someone to come back out and use a magnet to pick them up. Fast, efficient, reliable, knowledable and fair. I will definitely be using them again for my other rental properties.
