When our tile roof and fireplace chimney needed attention, we received a favorable recommendation for All Climate Roofing (Charles and Lucy Petri) by a trusted neighbor and friend who had recently contracted for rehab of their damaged roofing tiles, with excellent project communication and results. Charles inspected our roofing tiles and attic spaces where visible leaks had been occurring, and he also detected and fully explained the cause of storm water that had been dripping into our fireplace during heavy rains and high winds for many years. As specified in our contract, all leaks have been repaired by very professional and courteous work crews under Charles’ direction, and All Climate also fabricated and installed a new custom made fireplace chimney cap to replace our old poorly designed and damaged chimney cap installed by the original developer of our home. All work was explained completely by Charles, photographed extensively and well documented before, during and after all phases, and we are very satisfied that we received good value for the total costs of all materials used and professional labor provided. Ok I had to wait a year before posting my review. I had a deck over 2 bedrooms that needed to be ripped off and redone so I called All Climate to help. As with everything else in my house, this was not an easy fix. Not only were the rafters rotted and leaking into the bedrooms, but some of the previous woodwork was not up to code and needed to be redone. Not an easy job. They were meticulous and explained everything that needed to be done, and took their time to make sure things were done right. It’s been a year and a ton of rain, and my house is dry indoors. They know what they’re doing. Spot on. Experts.
