HMS installed my Standing Seam metal roof. Knowledgeable about needing shingles removed & ice barrier installed first so the Standing Seam lays flat, as intended. Flashing around chimneys blended seamlessly. Standing Seam materials may cost more, but HMS's quote, including disposal of the old shingles, was more reasonable than the other "contractors". Owner's quality workmanship shined when all the neighbors were impressed by the results. HMS specializes in roofs, therefore, the best results are achieved.
